This is "good" method, and an excellent companion to my program called Fast Action Response Tactics, or F.A.R.T. My program program involves a combination of partially digestibles such as baked beans, cabbage and a couple of boiled eggs to "light the fuse". Use Fast Action Combative Techniques in this video to subdue your opponent, then while he is pinned to the ground, use F.A.R.T. to deliver the ultimate knock out blow.

I train boxing for a 5-6 years i had my share of the ring and off all things that show you how to box on internet this is most practical and best explained video on the net..many gretings to george and keep up god work m8 many greetings from serbia..
