Well, they change the language all the time, to me an opposed engine is an engine with two piston in a cylinder opposed each other.

@kennjohnsen Well when I learned about engines that's not what they said. And if your right then what about the thousands of engines with cylinders opposite each other connecting to one crank are called horizontally opposed. Even steam engines that have two cylinders opposite each other connecting to one crank are called horizontally opposed engines. Maybe it's the fact their called "HORIZONTALLY" opposed not just "opposed" that explains this difference.

I guess i'll write the first comment...
This is a half decent video, only thing I don't like is it doesn't show how the valves open and shut and in which order, and which valve on which cylinder is open at any given time.

This is not an opposed engine, an opposed engine means that two pistons work in one cylinder oppose each other. This is a boxer engine.
