@DofSproductions Not sure I'd call progress evil, but we're kinda getting to the point where everything's being automated now. We keep it up and we're gonna end up looking like the humans in Wall-E.

it looks very unfresh. just think of all the dough just sitting there all day. its a cool idea but maybe its not the best one.

there has to be some sort of cleaning cycle... when the dough get mixed unless that part is in the cold side of the machine.>>????

Didn't they try this in America back in the 70's and it failed? Why would it work somewhere that actually eats REAL pizza?
