@pauliniochi they shouldn't. Make sure that you have the continuously rasterize turned on. If you scroll in so your project is at 200% or more, it WILL be blurry because it's not actually showing at the right size. Also, make sure you're at Full Resolution.

correct...although I believe most of this was done in Flash.
Apple Motion also works. And even the Animation palette in Photoshop can achieve some interesting effects, although something like this would be pretty time intensive.

Because our submissions come from our students I don't always know the exact programs, but I'm 95% sure this was done in Adobe Flash with prep work in either Photoshop or Illustrator.
