@3LliOtTD0GG123 If you don't bend forward as much, the emphasis will shift to the middle deltoid more, which is fine if you want to build that too.

There is work being done on the shoulder, specifically the posterior deltoids. This execise does a great job of working the traps and posterior deltoids. There should be a concentrated effort not to include the lats in this exercise. Also the more horizontal the torso, the more the posterior deltoids get worked. Hope that helps a bit.
