MESA BOOGIE DUAL RECTIFIER SOLO HEAD : test after repair

Test after to have changed the power transformator from 110V (USA Voltage) to 220V (Europa voltage). For testing the amplifier, I use a frequency generator, a oscilloscope( to see the signal input and output) and a power resistor (300W/8 Ohms) for simulate the speaker.
the new transformator (220V) is Transf.MAINS for: MESA BOOGIE® MK3, MK4, Heartbreaker, Dual Rectifier ,The part number is:(561141) and come from TAD Germany.

I would like to do the same thing on my mark IV. Did it change the tone of the amp??

The power transformateur in 220V240v for europa from TAD is made specialy for the Mesa Boogie dual rectifier, the voltage on the several secondary transformator is the same than original. The sound is exactly the same.

I saw on TAD on line, it is the same power transformator, Partnumber: 561141 and price=209 euros. the color of the wire is the same (for secondary) at the original in 110V, only remove the old and replace replace by the new. For the primary, it is a few diferent because you have 3 wires in more, but on the PC Board you have the hole (slot) for solder it.
