My question to is was it really the roses your complaining about or because he might have been boring and lack any personality or swag? Maybe if it was gold necklance...You might have smiled!!

I'm glad you explained the flowers situation, because I didn't understand why it offended you before. Now I understand. I don't like when guys give me gifts before they get to know me, because it makes the gift mean less. It means that he would have done that romantic gesture for whomever he was dating, not because he finds me special in any way. One rose= much better advice!

Hey Tko,

I agree with you with the rose situation, but maybe he just didn't know the severity of his actions; maybe he just got the jitters, called a guy friend up and asked him how to "woo" a woman and got the "get a women roses...they love flowers' lol...who knows <3
