Geithner Deflects Attack on Cap and Trade

Treasury Sec. Timothy Geithner, testify before Senate Finance Cmte, deflects Senators Grassley, (R) Iowa, attack on the Obama Administration cap and trade system. Senator Grassely calls the system a tax and asks if the President isn't going back on his pledge not to raise taxes on people making under $200 grand. Sec Geithner rightly says that it isn't going to be easy to move away from carbon based fuels, but if we create incentives, it will happen. And the impact of these incentives depends on individual behavior.
