if nothing was done for the dog, don't blame the camera person, it could be really shy and damaged to even approach without it growling or running off, what they are doing is spreading awareness of what is happening to dogs

Please dont just tell me your just filming this sick burned dog tell me you atleast gave food and shelter for it.I have seen a homeless dog and i gave it food and shelter until i gave him to a nice caring owner that really wanted to help
