most of the giants in mma cant really fight theyre just there to make money and entertain us. hong man, bob sapp, akebono, giant silva, present tank, butterbean is the only excessively heavy guy i know of that can really fight on a professional level.

It's fact that Choi is way beyong the limit of 115-120kg, look at Schilt: a very skilled martial arts master, but he looks uncoordinated with his 135kg. Now Choi is 165, for that he has insane stamina (compare it to Sapp, whos also a professional sportsman and not some lazy bully), the speed is given. The top of K-1 can hardly defend his hits.
