My opinion of you would go up, because unicorns are fucking awesome.

if you and I were having a conversation and I suddenly blurted out that I believe in unicorns and I have a personal relationship with them, would your opinion of me go up or down?

Here's another thing: I've never heard of a bunch of Atheists shunning someone because they believe in a god. It only seems to work the opposite way.

Feel the Christian Lurve!

@Shavarnarak Your words:"if you could deconvert people from islam, that'd solve that whole terrorist problem. And if you could deconvert people from Christianity it'd solve that whole republican problem!"-- Yes, because we all know that muslims are the only people in the world who has terrorists. The KKK, and the IRA were actually choirboys who sang and baked cookies for orphanages. And we all know there are no Democrats who are christian. -Your deconverting idea is dumb.

@juliuschas Allow me, Sir, to compliment you on your exquisite orthography. :-)
Also, ditto on the "Dear Abby" comment!

@Thomas60 You know that is kind of funny, i was talking with a friend about that, since i did mention i did not believe in god, and he went on stating his reasons, oh well, in any case, i told him that the universe does not necessarily needed to be created, so he went on and ask me if could create something from nothing, i promptly said to him, "i did not said the universe was created from nothing, you are the one saying it was created from nothing(by god), why should i need to show you that?"
When a christian finds out that someone is atheist they usually tear right into trying to brainwash the atheist into becoming christian. Atheists usually don't want to try to change christians minds but when they start with the brainwashing people have to defend themselves and prevent christian radicals from invading our politics. There is no more miserable form of government than a theocracy. Why can't christians accept that others don't believe in god without accusing people of being "evil"?

Seriously man spell checkers are ubiquitous these days. They're even embedded right into browsers and google. Take the extra 5 seconds to make your comments at least somewhat respectable.
