From 1945-1946, Nuremberg was the site of the trial before the International Military Tribunal. The leading prosecutor was United States Supreme Court Justice Robert H. Jackson. The defendants, Hermann Goering and 20 other top Nazis, were charged with a common plan and conspiracy to wage aggressive war, waging war (crimes against the peace), war crimes and crimes against humanity. 18 defendants were convicted and 3 were acquitted. @DgosFinnest Hitler actually was not against darker races. There were also Africans serving in the SS.

He was not against different race, but against too much race-mixing. He believed that Africa is the place for Africans, Germany the place for Germany, and so on. There is nothing wrong with that.

And as for the Jews, he never gassed them, Gas chambers never existed. The camps were to bring Jews to Palestine. (Google MADAGASCAR PLAN or HAAVARA TREATY).
