It is a commercial for the Apple Power Macintosh (Power Mac) probably from the "MacAdvocate" or the "Think Different" campaign... I still use a PowerMac from those days. Those computers have some horsepower specially the 8500. Thank you for uploading it is amazing! Never knew about it, Simple Minds are so cool!

I worked on this spot, which we made during the same time as the Dave Stewart Macintosh spot. This was made in Sept-Oct of 1995 in Paris. This spot was never shown here, but only MTV Europe. Glad you guys like it!
