that is not a birch at the start of the video, that's a maple, and looks to me like a sugar maple, but most maples look the same unless you look at the wood color and slight differences in the bark when up close, but I'm 100% sure it's not a birch.

drinking plenty of Pine Needle Tea,especially now
that we have a major Influenza epidemic looming
over our heads! A wise man by the name of
Michael Savage (PhD in Epidemiology) says to
increase the intake of Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)!
