Well makes no odds because the big mac will be worth more than the degree that that the macdonalds employee has anyway.

u mean u hate the Students life stial

@Aspergianstar2009 You're not at Uni though. How do you know what it's like?
-
Plus regardless of how old you are when you go studying - so what. u go to learn not to win by saying youre younger. Its not fair.
-
I never went out on the piss. Going out at the end of the week or something is ok - but i never did it, i stayed in to make sure i learnt the stuff and finished my work or would spend the time improving my work to get extra marks.

I don't know the full story with mr you know who, but some fair points here. There are the students like urself who work dam hard, but the majority of them just go 2 university 2 avoid going on 2 dole or getting a job. I feel ur pain. I did a degree at college myself + with all the work + pressure from my classmates, I ended up suffering with depression + having 2 re sit my last year. I only wanted 2 go 2 college 2 learn, better myself + set myself up 2 get a better chance of life.

yeh uni may be fun - but its not that easy as you think it is. We still have to study hard as well as play hard. Regardless of whether we have jobs or not, not all students are the same and we do work hard towards our degree so that sorta makes up for not having a part time job.

Nah man we need some money cause the goverment give us nothing if i could earn £200 from tax payers i go back to college but that would have to be a week. unlike my 40 giro im on now.

I'm a student, and I hate students myself. I left school in June and I didn't do well in my GCSE'S :S I got rubbish at school and bullied alot, and even know it affected me physically and mentally I still managed to get through it. I hate how students act, I'm not that sort of person. I actually want to live my life and not waste time down the pub or whatever.. :S
I'm a student myself and even I hate students....

@MatteiOfTheDead spoken like a true person :) End of the day students have earned the rep they have due to a lot of them dossing around, screwing, spewing on the floor or bars and clubs when the beer is watered down anyway. Moaning that they don't get enough and also their parents should work harder to give them more. Even Turdis moans he can't afford a TV Licence and that is why he could not do a review on a game once LOL

More generalizations. To succeed at uni you have to work hard

@faunflynn nah when I was at college on a computer course we had to build the 9 pin serial cables, create our own program to transmit data and work bloody hard all the time. Now you just go to lectures for 2 hours and piss around. I know what I am talking about as I have cousins who went to Uni. Its more of a doss and everyone knows it. Kids who have their first experience of life away from their parents without any rules. Its well known the first year is piss easy and is a doss year

How small minded are you? Going to Uni is the only way to get a good job now, FACT! And I for one take my studies very seriously. I won't get my BSc in Astrophysics if I don't! You're just pissed cause it's the tax payer's money and all that shit. The poor bastards in England are gonna have to pay 9 grand in tuition now every fucking year, tripling the debt they'll have to pay back. Don't judge the many from your experience of the few.

@SirHawkeyeWho wrong its not the only way. My cousin Tim is a self made millionaire and he never went to UNI at all. He can buy and sell them easy. Lets just say at the last count 300 000 a year is the kind of cash that is going through his hands. Nobody knows truly what he gets, but he gets loads of money and company bonus. I never went to UNI and have made a lot nobody knows and I don't tell anyone anything ;)

@SirHawkeyeWho There was this stupid spaz student who on a work placement set up a computer system for a company. He was offered a job 100k a year and he turned it down to go to UNI. I really can't understand how anyone could turn down a job 100K a year. He probably makes 20 if that now.
