The Free Fuzz was patterned after a rare and sought-after silicon transistor fuzz pedal made famous by players like Jimi Hendrix in the late '60s and provides a wide range of creamy, dynamic fuzz effects with an almost endless amount of sustain for soloing and chunky rhythms. In this demo we've got a G&L Legacy going through a JCM 800 with the Free Fuzz dimed.
@vforvillain77 Ya, well, the old Big Muffs are cool, but the new ones sound shitty. The Double Muff being an exception. I like that one a lot. The Seymor Duncan Tweak Fuzz does sound great and for the price....ya, it blows the Free Fuzz away.
I suggest you give the Biyang Fuzz Star Baby Boom FZ-10 a listen to. It's cheap too. It's the last effect I bought, and I love it.

@1971SuperLead You can blow it the fuck away
Big Muff Pi
Seymour Duncan Tweak Fuzz
Both in the same price range or less. and do more than one mushy messy fuzzpoo sound.

The volume looks to be set at 4...does it dip in volume when you set it full?

You can't beat this for the price....even if it's not really free.

Listen how it dips in volume when it's activated. That's why I had to let mine go.
