@wombatwolf The term New World Order ALWAYS means THAT New World Order. Bush Sr. tried to do the same thing everytime he mentioned the New World Order (which was a lot). He always tried to say New World Order with such a soft spoken voice to try to not sound like he meant THAT New World Order, but I bet he didn't fool too many people.

this episode was about toppling the "nwo" in terms of santa clause's inability to run the north pole due to a vampire, leading to greedy desires by mrs clause not supporting it.
