Bandai of America made their verson of the waterarrow (hydro bow) for Power Rangers Samurai. It actually shoots water. From th elooks of this video, it maybe a little bigger, but still kid sized.

Hi, thanks for your question. To be honest, we do not the reason. But we assume that it is simply for a business matter. Boys toys sell better than girls toys in the Sentai series. Traditionally in the sentai series, there are not much toy weapon releases for lady rangers. And even for the green and blue ranger toy weapon lines are not popular as the red ones.
