Here is a dance workout designed to get your heart rate up and your body moving. This cardio hip hop class allows you to have fun and workout all in one. Follow along with Adrienne and add your own style to your moves.

Adrienne White is a certified Group Exercise Instructor in the Dallas area. She enjoys motivating and encouraging others to lead healthy and active lives.

  • @lexihavana it sure can! as long as you are burning more calories than you are eating, your body should be losing weight. glad you're enjoying the workout!

  • @Berries008 calorie burn depends on each person, but a good range would be 200-300 calories for 30 minutes :)

  • Wow! I am so out of shape, first time I did this, I thought omg wh is she trying to kill me! But the second time I did it,...ok, I thought the same thing. I am starting to get a little more used to it, and I also learned I cannot move my arms and legs at the same time, lol. I can;t even tell you how many times I tried to also move my arms and almost fell :) Thank you for this video though, you're amazing!

  • Really enjoy your workouts. Theyre fun, I sweat a lot, and it is so easy to pick up on bc of how you practice the blocks! I wish my old dance teacher used to do blocks over and over again like that. :)
