  • hey Shearill brown i wish u were my personal trainer u kno actually i have tried many diets i lose weight and gain it right back hopefully i could get help from u this is good stuff what is your tip on trying to lose weight in the time amount of 5 months that is my goal i want to build and lose muscle at that amount of tme hopefully to lose atleast 30 kilos in that time what do u think is it possible? thx waiting for a reply

  • @mseufi Thanks for writing and viewing my video. High intensity interval training and good nutrition will do the job. But to lose weight it all starts with Nutrition. I design custom nutrition plans, NOT diets--Diets fail. My nutrition plans help you understand your body and how to eat to reach your weight lose goal. I design a 9-10 page plan.   • Yes you definitely can. I mix them both together. This is best training methods. You are doing anaerobic exercise that's explosive and combined with weight lifting would burn a lot of fat and develop lean muscle. Hope that helps!

  • Can you do HIIT and weght lift at the same time? so you can lose fat and increase muscle? i want to do that but im not sure if both can be done simultaneously, any help is appreciated,thanks!!

    is this as effecive at HIIT as sprinting or burpees, specifically, does it get your heartrate to 95%?
