I think it's great that the people of Bolivia are looking to manufacture the batteries. This should happen in Africa too. No more free raw materiasls. Sell the battey not the lithium.

Bolivia is is now implementing socialist-captilist hybrid policy like China did 20 years ago and now China rebuilt it's Empire from 3rd world conditions.Like China Bolivia will only let a few scientists from the West (Europe/Asia) in but must educate and train the Native American workforce and reject immigant workers from those countries to prevent colonialism and slave labour like what;s happening in Africa. Like China I hope a modernised Inca Empire rises from the ashes.

My advice to Bolivia, use the resource and arm yourselves as much as soon as you can, make allegiances with strong powers too, protect yourselves from the americans and europeans, why do you think chile and brazil are arming like crazy? Latin american resources will be the last ones on earth.
