  • Question: do we really need intense exercise? I'm not talking the casual stroll to the corner market. I suspect the answer is no, we were never meant to run. So is 80-10-10 still an optimum diet for low exercise?

  • Showering with a drink bottle is easy if you're 100% raw. Meat eater: it's 100% impossible. Humans are not omnivores as science class indoctrinates us. Humans are starchivores; a subclass of herbivores. If a cat eats only cooked (denatured) meat; it becomes ill (atherosclerosis, skin lesions, arthritis, weak offspring). If a human only eats denatured vegetation we should expect a weaker immune system, etc. If we eat raw vegetation we should expect to be as healthy as a cat eating raw meat.

  • @durianriders I know you are being sarcastic harley, but I agree. I wrote an article about this. There are reasons why long distance low intensity running is bad for you. Short sprints are great, up to 400 metres. Perhaps I'll send the article to you on Facebook. Look out for it.

  • I'm sure there's much Harley hardly knows, but he does have a successful lifestyle formula. By formula I dont mean 80-10-10. I do mean the sleep & hydration. For instance, if he just ate a fruit heavy, greens sprinkled diet, but stayed up late & didn't chase after hydration, he wouldn't be so successful as going down zzzz & getting up with the sun & drinking plenty of water. That would give more latitude to stray on diet. Oh maybe the 10 is for hrs of zzz & 10 glasses of H2O per day. is that it?

  • @MediaKingify Ha! What a reckless pronouncment 2 make: "we were never meant to run". R u so impervious as 2 never need fear, the healthy sort that makes U run for your life? Do u think we humans have always lived in these locked boxes (homes, apartments)? We are bipedal (we got 2 legs) made for walking, running, dancing, squatting & swimming, not 4 tucking under a desk, let 2 atrophy while u get sucked in2 the artificial light of a VDT (video display terminal) like a stunned moth.
