I've had to see video's of this man over and over for various jobs, so I'm a little worn out on it. But his points have always been true and still are: the customer is your boss, they pay your salary, and a customer for life is worth too much money overall to alienate them over something trivial. K-Mart, Best Buy, Kodak, and others today have forgotten that, and that is why they are in so much trouble.
