I am one of those that works for a company where this video is required viewing. I LOVED IT! I actually borrowed it from work and brought it home for my kids to watch. It seems customer service has drasticaly declined in EVERY type of service company. Our younger employess said they "weren't going to kiss a customers butt". I explained to them you will if you want to stay employed. You can always wipe off your lips after they leave. This full video should be required viewing at high schools!!!
Loved this video! To clarify one thing....as a former Nordstrom employee, The Tire Story is true, however, a little side note. The Nordstrom that was taking the tire back, had previously been a tire store, (but then torn down, completely gutted and made into a Nordstrom). HOWEVER, that said.....that is typical of Nordstrom service, or should be!
depends how much the cost of the burger and shake is. If you loose more by them not buying the meal, it doesn't matter if you've saved $100 bucks on the pickles, if you've lost his business for ever.
