A man in Michigan has turned himself in to the police after admitting that he is HIV-positive and has been trying to infect as many people as possible over the past three years. He says he has infected thousands, causing health officials to issue an alert in what the Kent County Health Department is calling, "the first time they have seen someone deliberately trying to spread HIV to so many people." He is being held in jail on a $100,000 bond.
