@Tra1ner1 Great comment! I've just recently gotten in to kettle bells, but I've been concerned about the angles of my back and hips. Connecting that motion with the box squat and this video demo is incredibly helpful. Thanks!
Bret, it's the same with Kettlebell swing. People just can't get the sitting back movement pattern. As they swing the kettlebell you cue them to bring the shoulders down and reach back to the glute further but they would always squat deeper. Very frustrating until they get it. Thanx again... great info.
