Demonstration of a humbling version of the 'Good Morning' exercise with an 80lb sandbag, targeting the glutes and hamstrings. Balance and stability deficits are exposed in these sandbag drills. Whereas the same exercise performed with a barbell (with double the external loading) is performed with relative ease.
This is a high level athlete who routinely uses 135lb barbell for Good Mornings, and 2x44kg kettlebells, or 2x100lb dumbbells for unilateral RDL's.
