with knuckles and his team you have to take ix's hp to 800hp then everyone on ix's side dies then in sonic's part you have to take it down to 0Hp

nope. This is the most annoying phase 'coz you don't have sonic(the best for this boss) and the right pilon heals almost all his health every turn. also, you don't have to beat him. just weaken
