The String Quartet was written in 1927 and is in 5 parts:-

Allegro
Prestissimo, con sordino
Non troppo lento
Allegretto pizzicato
Allegro molto

The Carducci Quartet are :-

Emma Denton* - cello

Recorded at St Martins, Worcester.
Part of a concert in conjunction with Prima Corda (Gloucester Academy of Music) and Worcestershire Youth Chamber Strings

Wonderful performance! I was looking for a video of this particular movement to post on my blog. Of all the performances I found I enjoyed yours the most. While the video recording quality was perhaps not as good as some others, the performers are so animated -- they really get into the spirit of the piece. Great work, Carducci String Quartet. I'll be looking for more videos of yours.
