No you're warranty will be fine with an aftermarket intake. It's the bigger things you do to the engine that can void your warranty.

That's not even a CAI. More like a WAI(Warm air intake) because it has no heat shield. All the engine heat is going directly into the intake.

it depends, what i have been told by the dealer is that if there is a failure directly related to a modification then the failure is not covered
