@agerlund P.S. I don't understand either why it ended up in our courts if Hick's company was based in England. I thought it was based here but I guess I was wrong.

@agerlund Thanks for that. I'm so glad the TRO was posted online so everyone could see what was really going on. Misinformation causes so many problems. I'm glad it's over, that your side won and the judge's name is cleared. Have a wonderful life.

@Mimigibs Np. I think most people didn't understand why the judge had to be involved, when the case had been settled in England (where the club is based and Hicks' company was based). Once the TRO was posted online it was pretty clear that Hicks' lawyers were withholding information from the judge. You're right, the anger was misplaced. The judge just did his job. My apologies. Yep, from what I hear from Rangers and Stars fans Hicks is not particularly liked on your site of the pond either...

@JohnTempleyeah The club is owned by an American company, hence the ruling in the US. Do you suggest that everyone who contributed to his campaign should automatically be ruled against?

OK, I get it. A friend from Ireland who is a huge FB fan said this is normal fanfare. You must understand that when people make death threats and vile comments in the US, especially in Texas, it might be an idiot with a gun who means it. I'm sure it scared his family to death. This judge is truly one of the good guys and I was horrified when I read those threatening comments.

@agerlund Thanks for the "sane" information. I think these are the same guys who drove the Rangers into the ground. I still think the anger against the judge is very misplaced.

@shamkp1 We own you. Learn that and like it. Your team is licensed as an American business and that is why it was valid. RBS is licensed here and Hicks is licensed from here. So our your new owners. You are still an American team.

This is a judge that makes life changing decisions without the facts. The whole world knows about judicial corruption in Texas. You are famous for it. Avoid this corrupt judge, and voters be aware that this man will act in the direction of money and greed.
