@Shun101010 Yeah in Japan in 2005 I went to through the stages of getting a manager etc to go go K-1 but I couldn't be insured with the steel plate in my head (it's from an operation) . Two of our guys fight in MMA here and are actually quite famous, check them out on the RawCombatJapan channel.. After doing Judo here and being told I couldn't grade until I went in a tournament I was pretty pissed off.. After dealing with recent armed attacks/situations at work, I change my views on sport MA ..

@TeamWuiJin That's too bad you couldn't get in, I'm sure you would have done well. Either way I think that what you're doing now is more important in the long run. You're helping people learn how to protect themselves and others and it's actually useful information, unlike some other "self defense" instructors that I've seen.

I just couldnt remember if it was his family or the british side that dropped the 'e'..
Wasn't trying to be rude.. it's hot as a barstard here, training all day outside, and I honestly (at that time) just couldnt remember.. obviously know offense to Phil, his a brutha ;-)
