After having children, a woman's body changes. Their breasts loose their shape and volume, their tummies get stretched out, have loose skin, and may have fat deposits. Dr. Matthew Galumbeck, a board certified Plastic Surgeon, discusses options that women have to improve their bodies after childbirth. Using the latest techniques in Cosmetic Plastic Surgery, Dr. Galumbeck discusses laser liposuction, abdominoplasties (tummy tucks), and cosmetic breast surgery, including breast augmentation and breast lifts (mastopexy) and shows before and after pictures. This guy makes it sound as if having children deforms a woman's body. He talks of loose skin, saggy breasts and flabby stomachs. I understand some women have surgery to feel better about themselves and I think there is no shame in this. But this guy seems to pray on women who feel vulnerable and convince them there is something wrong with their bodies that needs to be fixed. I have had HUGE babies and 3 c- sections and still have flat, defined abs I am proud of and that others comment on.
