@mastapimpin91 petroleum jelly on the "joint"..the gazelle is lubricated when it it shipped so depending on how much you use it might need some on it. also check to see if all your nuts and bolts are on secure.It's a simple fix.

@mexricebowl it works and i have tried many things but that thing kicked my butt the first time and i only worked out for 10 min and its so much more fun than you would even think

@mastapimpin91 I noticed with mine its only loud when the tention bars are on in which case you just lube it and it stops

@mastapimpin91 Not sure....I have never had a problem with my gazelle being loud. What noise are you hearing?
