Gmod 9 Vs Gmod 10

This was made before Gmod 11 so its different from today's Gmod

This is a comparing video of gmod 9 and 10, im not gonna say which 1 i like cuz ppl will comment "U BITCH GMOD 9 IS BETTER". But feel free to comment your opinion or something...

And heres something useful! If you had Garry's Mod Before January of 2008 and still have the GCF file (Game Content File)
of Garry's Mod 10 of December (Which means you need the GCF file of Garry's Mod before January). I'll explain U!!!

There are only two GMODs: GMOD 9 and GMOD 10.

The term GMOD 11 means pirated Steam GMOD 10 with 2007 source engine

The term GMOD 12 means pirated Steam GMOD 10 with toybox

The term GMOD 10 (4 n00bz ) means old Steam GMOD 10

@teeo0 there are more then 2 gmods, you have it all wrong Gmod has been made since like 1.0 (u can look it up still on fileplanet) then 2-9 came out, then gmod 10 is the one with the 2006-07 source engine and then in 2008 garry upgraded to new stuff and it caused gmod 11 to be made

Okay someone help me. When I look Garry's mod up on steam Garry's mod 9, Garry's mod, and the pack where u can download counter strike source and gmod so which one do I buy and wat do I need?

@Duc0ov u need just the source sdk, search in library, u will find the box with "all games", change to tools, and search for source sdk base 2007, after that u can download gmod9 or buy gmod10 without owning any valve source engine based game...

questio: you said you need at least 1 souce game, but its clear that you need hl2/hl2:dm/cs:s

so will it work if i only have portal, portal 2 and team fortress 2. or do i need one of the games shown at the top line?
