Christians on the internet. Did you ever take heed of the fact that God chose the weak and not the intelligent? But never think it applies to you? I see evidence for this in so many internet comments. So many know it alls.

People, zip it. God knows who is his. Faith is something directly given to men by God when a person asks for the truth in Christ. God gives the Holy Spirit to those who ask just as Christ said in the sermon on the mount.

Wow, I'm pretty amazed to read some of these posts. I find it amazing that anyone could categorize Selah as those that you can't see their faith in.. Judgment, esp. of God's people belongs in hell. It doesn't belong in the church or anywhere in this world. God forbids it. Please understand that. It's contrary to God's Word. "Judge NOT, lest you be judged. I just happen to think the touchy feely go with your gut kind of faith is dangerous. As Jesus said, many false prophets will come in my name, and all they'd have to do is shine a sparkly spotlight on the guy and people would be all "I can see the glory of God on him! He must be a true man of God!" By their works you will know them.

Once again, I'm not saying Selah is not Godly. I'm just saying it's not something you can see with your eyes.

Iisten brother, i dont have a "gut kind of faith", rather, i have the God kind of faith, for by the spirit of God that is alive in me i dont judge things from there physical appearance...i have a sound mind through the holyspirit which guides me and discerns the thoughts and the intents of my heart. i see through the eyes of my spirit which are God's....I KNOW WHO I AM.....God bless u

no i dont deny it at all, ofcourse the Bible talked about these type of people that would be misled by flashy stuffs...thanx be unto God who gives us wisdom to discern between true spirits. lets spread the word and let our words be edifying, full of grace for those listening to us. bless

I agree that emotion-only driven "faith" is very dangerous - a position pushed by the existentialists nearly 100 years ago, and a line that continues in many denominations today...

But having met these folks, it would be hard to not see their true faith.
