in a squad you're not the only cadet being trained. if every cadets we to have the same thinking as you did, everything would go smoothly.

we did our very and when we saw no efforts made by you guys all the seniors of my badge including myself decided to wash our hands of NP because you guys just wun change for the better. but we still do care and we do actually drop by atleast once just to see how you guys are doing.

i`m from sembawand sec and just join npcc,i got shock when i saw this,no offence but this is the worst drill i ever sawcos its a mess some slow some fast some same ,no wonder this sch if not wrong only train out two CI,my bro at least train out 10 CI,i wish me and we sec 1 when we perform we do better then this,its look hard for me but if other can do ,we must do better!!!sry if you are 1 of them that i say is bad LOL

im not in, but im one of your senior s/sgt yr 08. i didn't take up c.i course because i didn't want to continue taking the squad because they are just soo horrible ! hahs. & tt's why when we make trainings you guys have to cum and know you see how important training is. this performance was only 2 mths training and out of 16 only 8 would usually turn up for training. my badge did an awesome job on out fancy but not the one after us. i hope you guys really make fancy and NP alive again. cheers :)

no, precision drill mostly uses a dummy rifle and at times they requires some commanding. For this case, its fancy drill.
