these officers dont know what they are talking about....doing ward work does not make you a better man...testosterone, makes you a better man...and testosterone comes from a healthy diet,, exercise and sleep....but limiting factors can include overtraining, malnourishment and lack of sleep...something these sqaddies are put through on a regular basis..hence the reason why there are so many dropouts.
