Wear Your Sweatpants To Work Day is nice, but Take Off Your Sweatpants At Work Day is better. Personally though, I'd go with Aperture Science Bring Your Daughter To Work Day - it's the perfect time to have her tested. I'm pretty sure that too can be made an official holiday. Though without the actual company it probably won't be the same.
