You are right man, there are many cultured pakis there but a lot many pakis make youtube dirty naturally angering the Indian brothers here. Such Pakis also need some lessons on decent talking - may be it has to start at the childhood. One thing, most Indians do not start the abuse game most of the time, it is usually a Paki badboy who sets fire to things.
