Don't forget skorch, if you take an item with a charm in it to an enchanter NPC they can remove the charm for a price and give you either a clean item back or the charm so if you find a better item you can get your charm back and use it in the new item or if you get a better charm for an item you already put a charm in you can get the item back clean and put the new charm in it.
