This is a highlight video of SinCity CrossFit competing in the 2009 CrossFit Games affiliate cup in Aromas, Ca. There were 3 events. Each workout had to use 2 men and 2 women. The frist was the northpad workout. Each teammated had to do 3 attempts at a max set of pullups. And they had to find their 3 rep max on the overhead squat. Only 3 reps in a row counted for a score. Pullups reps plus lbs for all teammates were added up for a total score.
The second workout was the stadium workout.
It was for time: 30 11ft wallballs per teammated, followed by 30 reps each at 4 stations- box jumps, 40lb/25lb db push press, 53lb/35lb kb swings, and 300m row. Then each teammate finished with 30 deadlifts, 225lb for men, 135lb for women.
The last workout was a relay race up a steep ass hill. Each teammate ran around one at a time approximately 500m. Then they all had to run around together all for time.
We had an awesome time at the games and can't wait to go back and compete again next year!
