Boy, 5, records teacher berating him in class

5-year-old Gabriel Ross took a hidden tape recorder to school, on behalf of his parents, after months of explaining to them that his teacher, S. Ellen Jones Elementary teacher Kristen Woodward, was mean to him. What they caught was Mrs. Jones verbally berating the 5-year-old in front of his class.

The first 2 things werent too bad, but then she got the entire class against him and I was like WHOA. The parents obviously spoil the kid and hes making everyone elses life hell, it's too tough for a 5 year old though.

People need to remember that he is 5.....he still believes in santa....superheroes etc. He may be a brat, but he is little. My son was targeted and it was so tough bc he was so excited about school. Kindergarten should not be about fear.

@SharpiesxD No way. I dont even like kids and I totally agree that people baby their kids way too much these days, but that teacher was an evil cunt for doing what she did to a 5 year old. I hope she loses her license and has to take a job away from children. There's no excuse for what she did. Perhaps she'll just drop dead and free up a job for someone who isn't an evil cunt like she is. Poor kid. That's wasnt tough love, it was just her working her issues out through him.

@mynameisryan3 i have never heard of this. where did you hear that if a teacher has been working for the school district for ten years they can't get fired? are you sure you're not confusing "ten year'd" with "tenured"? maybe you have only heard the word tenured, and assumed that it meant "ten year'd"? at any rate, i googled "ten year'd" and i got nothing, so if you could tell me where you heard of this i'm very interested in learning more about it.
