I sliced a green apple , 3 or 4 spoons of oatmeal , 16 oz of water , but it in a blender and drink it with 1 or 2 gulps , after i would go walk / Jog 2 miles , and stop eating so much fast food , when from 3-4 times a week to only once , and i lowered my cholesterol from 243 to 154 also lost 40 pounds in the process went from 220 lb to 180 i am 5'10 male . all in 6 months , the first couple of weeks are the hardest but then your body gets use to it . good luck people !
