  • Cholesterol is Our Best Friend as Sally Fallon Teaches! Hdl and Ldl r lipoproteins that carry it around our system! no such thing as "good" or "bad" cholesterol!! This is junk science!! Everything explained in The Obesity Epidemic book by Zoe Harcombe!! Cholesterol is Sooo Important!!!

  • I sliced a green apple , 3 or 4 spoons of oatmeal , 16 oz of water , but it in a blender and drink it with 1 or 2 gulps , after i would go walk / Jog 2 miles , and stop eating so much fast food , when from 3-4 times a week to only once , and i lowered my cholesterol from 243 to 154 also lost 40 pounds in the process went from 220 lb to 180 i am 5'10 male . all in 6 months , the first couple of weeks are the hardest but then your body gets use to it . good luck people !
