i finnaly fixed my headphones then u ome along and decide to speed it up with your loud music and make me fall off the chair and once more break the headphones

Can anymore assist me in finding a rigging tutorial for the newer Blender 2.53? The point where I am having difficulty is moving the joints if anyone can help I would appreciate it thanks.
