Like we have'nt seen that scheme before!It was in ****ing 28 days(weeks) later and also in resident evil!(there may be some more I just don't know)

But then most of the movie would be about 1 marine repeatly going around blowing demons up and it'll get boring after a while and 1 marine himself can carry at most 2 weapons (not including pistol) so there won't be enough firepower.

If they were ever going to make a really successfull Doom movie, it would have to be a Horror movie category (R18+)

Yea, but they just fucked the whole concept of Hell and demons and used the old "deadly virus spreads" scheme. Doom movie where religion and satanism would confront science with one hero against the legion of demons, making his way through Hell would be awesome.
