This was a robocall message from Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina asking me to send in the postage-paid postcard to Sen. Kay Hagan that had come in the mail today. "It's important for our state and nation" and sending it would mean that I oppose health care reform. Boy, for the insurance company to go to these great lengths!

  • I think ignorant fools with no knowledge of economics should restrict their own speech. If corporations should have restricted speech then so should all other non-person entities like Unions, Community action committees and all other political organizations.......what kind of society would we have then? A very very quiet one. Free association is a fundamental right that is at the heart of our republic. People would be well served to educate themselves.

  • SICK! Corporations should not have the same right as individuals. Blue Cross-I had their benefits and they told me I should NOT have done what my child's pediatrician told me to do in a potentially life threatening situation (toddler-choking spell took him to the ER still gasping). They should NOT have the right to do that.

    We also need to insist they work to eliminate medical/medicare fraud, and seriously PUNISH those criminals. Insurance is unreliable, and temporary for too many WORKERS!

  • I have this insurance company, and I stand behind their actions, Frankly all you fucks that want something for free should move to Mexico. I work hard to provide my family healthcare and myself;

  • this is certainly going to only raise my costs. You believe the same fucks in the white house who have ignored the social security issue, the fact when you retire most of your money wont be there and you believe those same fucks can get healthcare right or are not lining their pockets exactly.
