Successful recycling line implementation using thermolysis approach.

Line was build in Riga, Latvia as a proof-of-concept.

Products recovered (% by mass):
Uncondensed gas - 9%
Liquid fraction - 35-47%
Coal (Carbon) - 32%
Steel - 12-24%

* Uncondensed gas reuse allows to run the process not using any external fuel supply.
* Liquid fraction and steel output strongly depends on tires type.
* Liquid fraction is equivalent to fuel oil M40.
* Environment emissions are equal to the gas boilerplant of the same power.

  • Wow, very impresive, its this proces expensive

  • Thanks!

Line implementation is about 0.8M EUR.

Process itself is quite cheap since only 2 operators are involved and heat source is a gas produced by the process itself.

  • Well done! Very expressive and nice video ;-) The only option I am kind of missing is the product/know-how developer's contact details.

  • Please press (more info) link to the right.
