We won't have a revolution in the usual sense of the word. What is likely to happen, is the government refuses to cut back, the economy will collaspe, people will go nuts trying to survive. The government will go nuts trying to keep power, even though there will be no power  to be had. It will be a bloody mess, but the NWO will loose. Their leaders will be dead, either killed outright by an angry mobs or tried and executed for high treason.
