  • Remember, posturing, performing, hollow mission statements and core values will bring you success. Perception isn't reality for Mr. Thiry's company. Just another corporate wasteland of managers doing as little as possible to keep their jobs in good standing. Mr.Thiry, you say your company is different. That it's a village that cares. Patient care, unfortunately, isn't the #1 thing your healthcare organization cares about. Far from it. Management now reflects this. Sad.
