Wii-Wii64 Forwarder Channel (It's a Mii, Mario)

original author is CountZeroWad (his unmodified channel can be seen here)

I changed the audio so you hear Mario from Mario64 saying "It's a Mii, Mario"

I also changed the forwarder path (now the channel actually works, before it couldn't load Wii64 at all) and added the splash screen.
